Client Objective

Fairfield Inn required a modern, durable flooring solution that could withstand high occupancy turnover while maintaining a clean, welcoming aesthetic. Installation needed to align with tight construction schedules to ensure a timely opening.

Challenge

During installation, the team encountered a major materials issue: the selected flooring arrived with abnormal brittleness. Although the manufacturer never formally admitted fault, they did agree to replace the product - confirming the severity of the defect.

Our agility and commitment to the project timeline meant zero disruption to Fairfield’s scheduled opening date.
